The Discretionary Business Fund Phase Two is open to businesses that have not received financial support since October 2020 and can evidence a 30% reduction in sales owing to the impact of Coronavirus.
Eligibility has been extended to include two groups of businesses that have previously been excluded:
- Businesses with between 50 and 250 employees.
- New start businesses established after March 2020 and before 2nd November 2020
